Distributed Leadership Leaders of the PST processes show the way and help others learn to implement the PSTs and the assessment of student performance. Anyone who helps in this manner is helping to “lead” the process to accomplish the Mission, “Engage students to continuously learn, question, define and solve problems through critical and creative thinking.” Leaders are not only the “official leaders such as principals,” they are anyone who helps us accomplish our Mission.
